I had Nik and his A Stroke of Brilliance crew paint the interior, including trim, of my 2 bd rm 1 bath condo in Capitol Hill. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. ASoB, has a great customer experience process where quoting and other pieces of information are communicated through an online portal. This drives overall transparency and augments ASoB’s already great communication practices in the first place. They keep you up to date and informed every step of the process. Most importantly the attention to detail, quality of paint, work and dedication to executing w a high standard are all top notch. Finally, Nik at ASoB and his crew are easy to work w, especially friendly and professional. Throughout the whole process I had full confidence in the work being done right and well all the while having a pleasant customer interaction experience w them. I hired A Stroke of Brilliance to paint the entire interior of my house. They did a fantastic job over the course of a week. Every aspect of the experience was wonderful -- the communication was outstanding from the moment I first reached out, the crew was extremely professional, punctual, and detail-oriented, and the cost was totally reasonable. Nik, Erik and Tommy were prompt, professional, responsive and had an excellent attention to detail. Nik helped steer me in a color direction that worked with my existing countertops and the end result is an updated kitchen for a fraction of the cost of a remodel or cabinet refacing. The quality of the painting is excellent and our cabinets look brand new. We would use Stroke of Brilliance again for our next painting project without hesitation.
